Dr. Tran is a Geriatrician and board-certified in Family Medicine.  He received Phi Beta Kappa academic honors from UC San Diego.  He completed his medical training at the Ross University School of Medicine and did his internship at the University of Connecticut.  He completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Arizona.  

Dr. Tran is able to follow his patients in a variety of healthcare settings.  Dr. Tran greatly enjoys Family Medicine and his passion is taking care of seniors.  Dr. Tran says, "Geriatric Medicine is a fine balance of science and art caring for fragile seniors."  He provides patient care in the office, long-term care facilities, residential board & care’s, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and also provides home visits to those patients that qualify.  He strives to have the best, comprehensive medical practice in the community and to be a leader in geriatric care advocacy.  Dr. Tran speaks fluent Vietnamese.  

Dr. Tran lives locally in south Orange County with his family.  In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids and volunteering at his church.

 

Priscilla Chow, NP-BC

Priscilla joined the practice in 2007.  She is a Family and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner.  She received her Masters in Nursing from UCLA.  Her interests include migraine headaches, menopause, cardiovascular disease, hypertension and diabetes.  Priscilla is able to follow patients in a variety of healthcare settings.  She sees patients in the office, long-term care facilities, residential board & care’s, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and home visits.  

In her spare time Priscilla enjoys spending time with her family, traveling throughout the US and abroad and reading.  She is also very active with mentoring Nurse Practitioner students from various local colleges by supervising and training students during their required preceptorship. 

Q:What is a Nurse Practitioner? 

A: A nurse practitioner is a registered nurse that has completed specific advanced nursing education and training in the diagnosis and management of common medical conditions. NP’s treat both chronic and acute conditions through prescribing medications, physical therapy, ordering lab work/tests and therapies for patients.  Nurse Practitioners work in collaboration with a supervising physician. 

 

Peter T Le, PA-C

Peter Le joined the practice in 2012.  He is a board-certified Physician Assistant.  Peter completed his Physician Assistant program at UCLA in 2002 in Family Medicine.  He enjoys seeing patients in the clinic, board and cares, patient homes and local nursing homes.  Peter speaks Vietnamese and Spanish.  

Peter moved to the US with his family when he was 15 years old from Vietnam.  In his spare time he enjoys hiking, swimming, tennis and spending time with his large family; he is number four of eight children.
